What is your event fee?

Dependent upon season, guest count, and event amenities you would like to utilize. Please reference the pricing sheet and let us know if you have any questions at all.

What is your maximum capacity?

100 guests maximum (including bride & groom).

What is included in the event fee?

Our event pricing is flexible and built based upon the event amenities you would like to utilize. Amenities available include: on-site parking and 1,600+ sq ft covered pavilion, tables and chairs for up to 75 guests, catering prep kitchen, and easily accessible restrooms for your guests.

What is your timing for events?

We suggest that your event starts around 3pm and end time is around 11pm. Please be mindful that this is a somewhat residential area and loud music after 11pm is prohibited.

Is there additional lodging for our wedding guests?

Within a few miles, additional lodging options are available. We personally have 3 additional rentals and are happy to extend a 10% discount if you add them to your reservation.

Are there bathrooms for my guests?

There are two restrooms accessible from the outside. The building is detached from the main house but still close to the main areas. These additional bathrooms are optional for events under 35 guests. Events with more than 35 guests are required to rent the additional bathrooms as the bathrooms in the main house cannot accommodate over 35 guests.

Do you have a Preferred Vendor list?

Yes, we do have one we will provide you.

How can I arrange to see the property?

All site visits are by appointment only and subject to the properties availability. Please contact us to arrange your appointment.

What types of events can be held at Woodrow’s Estate?

Weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, vow renewal, reunions, company picnics, retirement parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, and more!

What is your alcohol policy?

Clients may provide their own beverage for their event including liquor with no corkage fee. TABC certified bartenders are required.

Can I rent the property hourly for events?

No, the main house is required to be rented for a minimum of 2 nights. 3 night minimum required for events on any major holiday.

Is it licensed and insured?

Woodrow’s Estate is fully zoned, insured, and has the proper Use Permit.


ALL events require rental of the main house (meeting the minimum night requirement) & the
site fee. Events over 35 guests also require the event restrooms. All other fees are optional.
